📘 General Conditions – Training Center

Welcome to our training center. By enrolling in one of our courses or services, you agree to the following conditions:

🔹 Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment.

• Payment must be made in full and in advance.

• Registration fees and training fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

🔹 Attendance and Punctuality

• Attendance at every session is mandatory.

• Any missed session is counted as an absence, with no possibility of rescheduling or makeup classes.

• Trainees must respect the training schedule and deadlines.

• If a trainee interrupts their training, no resumption or refund will be granted. This decision is final and non-negotiable. Please respect your training period and schedule.

• Lateness is not allowed.

• Any absence or special request must be submitted in writing to the administration.

• The administration’s decisions regarding the validation or rejection of justifications must be respected without contestation.

🔹 Discipline and Respect

• Trainees are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards trainers, staff, and fellow participants.

• The use of mobile phones is only permitted for educational purposes and must remain discreet during classes.

🔹 Certificates and Assessments

• Some training programs include assessments (placement tests, exams, practical exercises).

• The issuance of a certificate of completion is subject to regular attendance, active participation, and, where applicable, successful completion of assessments.

🔹 Modification of the Regulations
The training center reserves the right to amend these regulations to reflect legal, educational, or organizational developments.
